Description: Hydrangea quercifolia, commonly known as oakleaf hydrangea, is a species of flowering plant that native to the southeastern United States. A deciduous shrub that produces a profusion of panicles with creamy white flowers in late Spring to early Summer. In Autumn the leaves turn a bronze/ red  before falling off. Can deal with full sun, but with hot dry summers would prefer dappled shade and moist well drained soil..
