Stock Sourcing

Throughout our 60 years in business we have formed close relationships and partnerships with an extensive network of reputable growers and wholesale nurseries in every state across Australia and New Zealand.

On the occasion that we do not have the plants that you are after on site, we offer plant sourcing to all of our Registered Trade Customers.

We will always endeavour to source the exact product that you are after. However, should it prove to be an issue in availability we can either let you know when they're available again or recommend a suitable substitute.

Contract Growing

Let us show you what professional plant-life service delivery is all about. Our contract-growing operation offers:

• A competitive, fixed-price service
• Experienced horticultural staff who ensure plants are grown and maintained to meet your requirements
• Australia-wide delivery, with a guarantee that your plants will arrive on time and in good health

The time required to custom grow for your project will vary depending on the plant varieties, how quickly each plant takes to grow and the size that you require the plants upon supply.

As a general guide 10-12 weeks allows us to contract grow for most large scale projects.

Deliveries

Dinsan provides a prompt and efficient delivery service to our clients all over Australia.

Dinsan delivers to the greater Melbourne area operate every day, Monday to Friday, from 6am to 4pm.

For deliveries to country areas or interstate we only use experienced plant transport carriers to ensure safe arrival. Most areas are serviced weekly. Advanced tree deliveries come on specialist trucks with mounted cranes and trolleys for ease of placement and handling at your delivery site.

Delivery rates vary depending on location – ask for a quote.

Paid Pickups

If you have selected pickup as your chosen delivery method, your order will be available within 3-10 days. You will receive an email/SMS from us advising that your order is ready for pick up.

When you arrive please go to our point of sale to collect your order. Simply show your business trade card and confirmation email/SMS and one of our friendly team members will be able to assist you with your collection. 

Products are subject to availability. If for any reason your purchased products are unavailable, we will be in contact with you to let you know when they are available again or to recommend a suitable substitute.
