Shipping policy

DELIVERIES PERFORMED BY DINSAN NURSERY

At all time of the year we endeavour to have your delivery to you within 4-7 days. However, in the instance that we are still waiting a) payment from the customer b) product from suppliers this time frame may need to be lengthened. 

Dinsan Nursery's delivery prices are flat rates and are indifferent regardless of whether a single plant or a truck load of plants has been ordered. The only exception being, the order requires multiple truckloads. 

To keep our delivery dates minimal we do not factor in carrying goods upon arrival. Our drivers will gladly leave your goods on the curb, in an easily accessible driveway/ compound/ veranda, or inside the fence of your property. Please note that we do not carry goods through any brick and mortar or carry plants to their planting positions.

Delivery times are confirmed with each customer the afternoon before your delivery (usually between 3-4pm). Delivery times are not available prior to then as we leave it to the end of day to arrange our delivery schedule based on the suburbs we are travelling to. 

Unless a delivery time is specified upon ordering and made note of, times are non-negotiable. 

Deliveries can be cancelled or delayed anytime up to a day prior. Cancellation within a days' time frame of your delivery may incur a cancellation fee as stock will have been picked out by our staff and possibly even loaded onto the truck.

Our preference is that there is always a site contact on site when we deliver plants. However, in the instant that this is not possible on the clients behalf Dinsan Nursery take no responsibility for the security of the goods once they are left onsite. 

If goods are deemed to be not fitting once delivered, Dinsan Nursery has a 24 hour grace period in which the customer must email mailbox@dinsan.com.au with photos of the stock explaining its flaws. If Dinsan Nursery accepts this flaw, the customer will be entitled to a refund upon stock being received at the Nursery within 3 days. 

Dinsan Nursery is not liable for any costs incurred by the customer in the instance of a delivery being late. Our delivery times are purely a guide and external factors that are out of our control such a traffic, road works, truck faults etc. that may arise are not factored into our approximate delivery time calculations. 

DELIVERIES PERFORMED BY EXTERNAL TRANSPORT COMPANIES

In the case that delivery has been organised by an external freight company, Dinsan Nursery's responsibility for timely manner, stock health and delivery processes is handed over to the transport company at the time that our stock leaves our site.

To ensure quality of stock when using an external freight company we highly recommend to all customers that they request images and specifications before agreeing to purchase.
