Description: The Scarlet Sprite is an small growing evergreen native with dense mid-green fine needle like foliage, a mounding habit and produces small spidery like flowers during the warmer months. Prefers full sun and moist well drained soils. Can tolerate poor soils, drought and frost once established. Responds well to a light pruning.
