Zelkova serrata 'Green Vase'

Common Name: Green Vase Japanese Elm

Description: The Zelkova Green Vase is a hardy, fast growing, deciduous tree with an elegant upright vase shaped habit. It has smooth grey bark, but can be flakey in patches and exposes the orange inner bark. The dark green foliage has serrate margins which turn to yellows through copper bronzes and reds in autumn. Highly adaptable to different soil types. Tolerates heat, compacted soils, air pollution and once established low levels of drought and wind.
