Common Name: Hills Fig, Ficus Flash
Description: A compact growing form of Ficus hillii with emerald green foliage and lighter green new growth. The Ficus 'Flash' is planted in parks and large gardens for shade or as a specimen tree. This evergreen tree can be used as a hedge, for topiary and in containers when young. It takes two to four years for it to establish itself. Please be aware - Its roots are invasive and can damage foundations, block drains and lift paving. Care should be taken when planting out.
