Common Name: Cherry Red
Description: The 'Cherry Red' is a graceful growing native flowering grass with bright green arching strap leaves and cherry red leaf bases. Blue flowers on long stems in later Winter through Spring and purple-blue berries in Summer. Used in mass plantings, underplanting, rockeries and borders. Prefers a well drained moist soil, tolerant to frosts and will need protection from salt winds if plant near the coast.
