Common Name: Majestic Palm
Description: A relatively fast-growing handsome palm which has bright green, glossy, symmetrical and feather leafed fronds, a rather messy crown and a bulging base to the trunk. This is a self-cleaning palm with old fronds peeling off the trunk. Being a hungry palm it prefers a moist, fertile and well drained soil. Grown outdoors in tropical gardens and inside in cooler climates, a great plant for Melbourne weather conditions!
