Description: Honey Pots is one of the dwarf Hairpin Banksia's. It is a dense, low growing native dwarf shrub which has long, narrow, finely serrated leaves. It produces honey scented, golden, cylindrical flowers from autumn to spring. Frost tolerant and prefers sun to light shade. It can be pruned to smaller sizes, which also improves the density of the plant. The Banksia spinulosa ‘Honey Pots’ is a good idea for smaller gardens, rockeries and containers on the patio, veranda or deck. Attractive to nectar feeding birds and insects. .
