Description: White Cedar is a small deciduous native tree. The new foliage emerges in spring along with clusters of showy, fragrant, lilac flowers followed by hard, yellow to pale orange bead-like fruits which hang on the tree well into Autumn after the leaves have fallen. Melia azedarach matures to a handsome medium-domed tree and is used in parks and large gardens for shade and as a windbreak.
