Common Name: Butcher's Broom
Description: A distinct evergreen shrub, with what appears as "leaves" on the Ruscus Hypoglossum are in fact flattened stems. The real leaves and tiny green and purple coloured flowers come from the centre of the plant. The Ruscus hypoglossum is extremely drought hardy and requires minimal watering. This plant will continue to grow even with competing tree root growth.
