Common Name: English Box Topiary Cone
Description: English box, although typically used as a hedging plant is also beautiful and easy to maintain in the form of a topiary; i.e. a ball or cone. Buxus sempervirens isn't an overly quick grower, hence it doesn't require regular maintenance like other topiary varieties. You can often get away with shaping them only 2-3 times per year. It thrives best in well-draining soil and doesn't require too much watering.
